NecroSweeper is a minesweeper-inspired roguelite dungeon game where every tile can lead to treasure, danger, or a new strategy.

Reveal tiles, avoid deadly skulls, collect relics, fight monsters, and build your own path through the dungeon. Each run gives you new choices, new risks, and new ways to survive.

How to Play

  • Reveal tiles to explore the dungeon.
  • Numbers show how many dangerous skull tiles are nearby.
  • Mark suspicious tiles with flags to avoid opening them.
  • Find weapons, relics, coins, and special tiles to strengthen your run.
  • Defeat monsters and use your build to survive deeper floors.
  • Clear the board carefully and move on to the next stage.

At first, it may look like classic Minesweeper — but every decision matters. Sometimes the safest move is not the strongest one, and sometimes taking a risk can completely change your run.

Tips

  • Use the numbers carefully. They are your best clue.
  • Don’t rush. A single wrong tile can cost you.
  • Flags are useful not only for safety, but also for planning your next move.
  • Think about how your relics and weapons work together.
  • Some builds reward aggressive play, while others are better for slow and careful exploration.
  • When you are unsure, look for the tile that gives you the most information.

About the Game

NecroSweeper combines the logic of Minesweeper with the tension and variety of a roguelite. You will uncover tiles, make risky choices, collect strange relics, and fight your way through a dungeon filled with monsters and traps.

Why do the numbers on tiles lie sometimes ?

Well, the number indicates the number of object tiles (monsters, weapons, food, etc.) in the vicinity, and while the color of the number is influenced by the object tiles found nearby, the number itself is not affected. For example, if there’s an orange number 2 (surrounded by yellow and red tiles—a monster), and you find the monster, the color changes to yellow (with the red removed). Since the number remains 2, it becomes “yellow 2,” and I thought this might be confusing. You’ll get the hang of it after trying it a few times!
